The globalization of social and economic life, the scarcity of resources for production, the increasingly high demands of consumers require a new look at quality standards. Quality management is linked to compliance with certain standards at national, European and international levels.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems in organizations related to quality and to propose solutions for their elimination.

The research thesis is related to the fact that problems associated with quality management can harm the competitiveness and sustainability of organizations.
