Summary
The penetration of Internet and new information technologies opens new possibilities in universities, giving them new ways to distribute their educational products, while they face stiff competition from the new general market. One possible answer to this challenge is distance learning, as one of the most promising and attractive educational products over the past decade. Its low cost, high quality and lack of need to disengage from work and / or place of residence, make it an attractive product both for managers seeking to improve their qualifications and the less educated strata of society who lack access to traditional education.
